Stock Number: 4741Elegant mid-century French brass, height adjustable floor lamp in the manner of Maison Jansen. The slender, finely proportioned stem is raised on three distinctive swept legs, each terminating in a spherical brass foot. Decorative turned collars and a central brass knop add restrained Neoclassical detailing to the otherwise minimalist form. The warm aged brass retains a pleasing natural patination throughout. A particularly elegant and versatile floor lamp, combining sculptural form with understated Neoclassical character, and equally suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors. France, Circa 1950. Rewired in antique style flex, PAT tested to UK standard. B22 bulb holder. Shade not Included.
